Season One is announced through this page and the private experience mailing list. No pop-ups, no third-party sellers — one source of truth.
STEP 02
Apply
You submit a short application and a package preference. It takes about three minutes, and every application is read individually.
STEP 03
Confirm
Selected guests receive their invitation and digital pass by email within 10 working days. Everyone else is moved to the waitlist automatically.
STEP 04
Attend
On the day, your pass and ID open the door. The venue, arrival window and full run of show are released with the confirmation.

Apply for an invitation.
Applications are reviewed individually and in order of receipt. Selected guests receive their invitation and digital pass by email within 10 working days; everyone else joins the waitlist automatically.

04 · BEFORE YOU ATTEND
Guest guidelines.
Four rules keep the evening safe, calm and worth remembering. They are checked at the door — reading them now saves the queue later.
Identity & entry
The name on your digital pass must match a valid government-issued ID presented at check-in. Passes are personal and non-transferable, and re-entry is not permitted once you leave the hall.
Respect & boundaries
Guests follow staff guidance at all times. Personal space applies to everyone in the room — the artist, the staff and your fellow fans. Unsolicited contact or gifts handed directly to the artist are not allowed.
Photography & gifts
Camera policy differs by package and is confirmed with your invitation. Photography during the greeting session is prohibited; your 1:1 photo is captured by the house photographer and delivered digitally within 7 days.
Venue & arrival
Doors open 90 minutes before the session. Large bags, professional cameras and outside beverages stay at the cloakroom. The exact venue and arrival window are released with each confirmation.
